Getting There
By Air
The Lushan Airport is located in Huanglaomen, Jiiujiang County, Jiujiang City. There are flights to Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Haikou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xiamen etc..

By Train
There are several Jiujiang-Nanchang express trains each day (Y22, 2.5 hours). Heading towards Wuhan, options are not as plentiful as one might expect. The train to Hefei in Anhui Province takes four hours. With years of development, Jiujiang Train Station has become a important hub on Beijing-Kowloon railway.
By Ship
Jiujiang Port is one of the ten important ports in Yangtze River. Everyday, there are boats to many other port cities along the Yangtze River. In addition, there are motor boats from Jiujiang to Wuhan.
By Long Distance Bus
Jiujiang Long Distance Bus is located in the center of city. Buses to Lushan leave from the station between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm. The fare is Y10 to Y15. Buses--all expresses--depart for Jingdezhen (Y30 to Y40, 2hours) every half-hour from the staion. Frequent buses run to Nanchang (Y35 to Y45, 1.5 hours) and Wuhan (Y65 to Y75, 3-4hours), among other places. Buses to Nanchang sometimes also leave from the train station.
Getting Around
Public City Bus
There are 20 or more buses lines in the city. Tourists would better notice that there are some difference in some buses lines such as the No.101, No.102, No.103 and NO.17, which stops may be different in different round.
Taxi
There are many kinds of taxis in Jiujiang. Taxi fares start from CNY3-5 for the first 2 kilometers. Motor-tricycles (Y3) are at bus and train station.
