The Xifeng Hot Spring is located to the northeast of Xifeng County, Anshun city. It is a well-known scenic spot in southwest China for its rolling hills, beautiful rivers, wonderful scenery and hot springs. The hot springs flow from three mouths at a temperature between 53 C and 56 C. With a water capacity of over 1,000 tons per day, the pure and crystal-clear springs contain diverse natural elements, including lime, radon, calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium, among which radon is abundant and of great value for medical treatment. It is not only available for drinking and bathing, but also is in possess of special effects for many diseases, for instance, chronic arthritis, pain in the back and loins, lead, mercury and manganese poisoning, etc. Now a multifunction sanatorium has been built there.
