Must Sees Tengwangge Pavilion Mountain Jinggang Memorial Hall of the 1st August Uprising Optional Attractions All Flowers Islet Shenjin Pagoda Former Residence of Badashanren The Ruzi Pavilion The Shuiguanyin Pavilion Jiangxi Museum Located on Zhongshan Road in downtown Nanchang, the memorial hall has an exhibition area of 1,500 square meters. On August 1, 1927, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, Zhou Enlai, Zhu De, He Long, Ye Ting, Liu Bocheng, and others led the Nanchang Uprising with more than 30,000 participants. Many important meetings were held here. A 45.5-meter-tall monument was erected on the August 1st Square to commemorate the Nanchang Uprising. On the monument there are inscriptions and reliefs.
