Do I have to book online?Top
Whilst this site is designed to make booking as easy as possible, we
appreciate that sometimes it's nice to talk to a human being, so give
us a call! We can do the whole booking procedure over the phone. Contact

Alternatively if you have a favourite travel agent, then by all means
book through them.
How can I book online?Top
Please follow the steps below:
Step1: Select a tour in China Tours
Select a trip from the list of China
tours.
Step 2: Check your itinerary
Check the Trip Overview/Trip Dossier/Detailed Itinerary/Dates&Prices
on the trip you're interested in.
Step 3: Learn about the policies
Learn our Terms
and Conditions and Booking
Conditions before the booking procedure.
Step 4: Complete all travellers details
Complete all travellers details as indicated in the form.
Step 5: Submit your booking online
Click "submit" when finishing all travellers details.
Step 6: Complete payment
Complete the payment by following the procedure in the booking letter.
Step 7: Send you a booking letter
You will receive a booking letter from PANDA of your trip.
Note: The above steps are for scheduled China tours. Those interested
in private customized trip will receive a letter from one PANDA travel consultant
within one business day after submitting the information form.
If I'm booking a few trips at once, can I get a discount?Top
Of course we reward loyalty. On your second PANDA trip we offer a 10%
discount and on your third trip, 20% discount is offered.
Do you have regular specials?Top
Yes, we have monthly feature from 5% to 20% OFF trips. We will select
one popular trip each month for our clients. The departure of monthly
feature trips will be guaranteed.
PANDA also regularly offer 10% OFF trips when the departure date is coming
up soon and the trip is not yet full. Book an PANDA Special today, pay in
full, and save 10% off the regular price! This offer is available only
on selected departures and only while seats are still available.
Please note: you need to be able to confirm your international airfares
and obtain any visas and travel documentation before you travel.
Is the trip I book definitely going to run?Top
Within 49 days of scheduled departure your PANDA trip is guaranteed to depart,
provided we have received your final payment. We are so confident of this
guarantee that, in the rare instance we are forced to cancel a trip within
49 days of departure, you are entitled to undertake any other PANDA tour
of the same value free of charge AND you will get a full refund for the
cancelled trip! Please note that this guarantee cannot apply if a tour
is cancelled for reasons beyond our control, such as natural disaster
or political unrest. Check booking conditions for full details.
How do I know which trips are available?Top
Have a look at the dates and prices section of each specific trip, the
right hand column is the availability column. In this 'availability' column,
'REQUEST' means that there are only a few places left on the tour but
by booking immediately, you stand a good chance of securing a place on
the trip. 'AVAILABLE' means that there are several places left on the
tour, but the sooner you book, the better.
Can I just do part of the tour?Top
Unfortunately it is not possible to just do sections of the tour. Some
of the longer tours are made up of smaller tours completed back to back,
and hence might be possible to book separately.
Does the tour price include international flights?Top
The prices you see on our website and in our brochures are quoted 'land
only'. We recognize that everybody has different airline preferences and
affiliations and may choose to book their international flight with their
travel agent, directly with an airline or via an online site.
How far in advance do I need to book?Top
There is no guarantee as to when other people will book and hence when
the tour will fill up. Our advice is that as soon as you know which one
you want to book, don't delay - put your name down as soon as possible,
that way you won't be disappointed.
However, we can usually take bookings for most of our tours right up
until the departure date if there are spaces left, so have a look at the
availability, and if there's still space we'll gladly take your booking!
When is the final payment due?Top
The final payment is due in full 49 days before the departure of
your trip.
Which are your favourite trips?Top
It's a question we get asked a lot...which one would you do if you had
the choice? The answer is not simple. We truly believe that all of our
itineraries are exceptional, and each one is designed to fit different
people's needs. It's all dependent on how much time you have, which activities
you like, and most importantly where you want to travel!
Can I book through a travel agent?Top
Yes, of course. If you have a favourite travel agent, by all means book
through them.
